Deputy General Manager
Wayne Huang is the Deputy General Manager of Aoyuan International’s Vancouver business. He oversees and directs Vancouver’s operations and projects, and he is responsible for meeting Aoyuan’s goal of building a healthy lifestyle and contributing a high-quality lifestyle to the community.
Wayne received his Finance & Accounting Bachelor’s Degree in London, United Kingdom. Before joining the real estate industry. He began his career in banking and finance, and has worked in the commodity trading industry, managing high value trades and capital transactions. Wayne has extensive experience in real estate, organisation management, finance, and other bank related matters.
Deputy General Manager
Fan Yang is the Deputy General Manager of Aoyuan International Toronto office. He oversees and directs operations and projects in Eastern Canada. He has gained 15 years of experience in the finance and banking industries during working with Deloitte and Royal Bank of Canada.
Before joining Aoyuan, he had provided financial and consulting services for many reputable real estate developers, such as Fantasia, China Overseas Land & Development, Fineland, as well as many other listed companies in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Fan was also involved in a number of merger and acquisition projects in finance and real estate industries in Canada and China. He has extensive experience in merger and acquisition, real estate development, operation management and financing. Fan graduated from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies with double Bachelor Degrees of Economics and Arts.
Senior Vice President of Development
Vince Santino is the Senior Vice President-Development of Aoyuan International Toronto office. Over 20 years of experience in the land development and home building industry has fostered an extensive knowledge of the housing development and construction process. Increasing levels of responsibility in delivering top quality housing product has established an extensive network of financial, construction, legal, municipal, and technical-professional contacts.
Projects Vince has worked on include Minto Longranch, Minto Orchard Park, Minto Oakvillage, Minto Yorkville Park, 30 Roehampton, York Downs, Minto Spring Farm, Roxborough and Bayview Hills.
Vice President of Finance
Harvey Quan, CPA, CMA, Vice President of Finance of Aoyuan International Vancouver, is responsible for financial management and providing leadership to the management team. He became a Certified Member of the CMA Society of British Columbia in 1997 and has worked in the real estate development industry since 1998. Harvey has excellent knowledge of financing, project accounting, working with multiple companies, joint ventures, and partnerships.
For the past six years, as the Director of Finance with a developer in the Metropolitan Vancouver marketplace, he has worked on securing project financing, maintaining relations with lenders and financial partners, reviewing and approving monthly construction loan draws, interfacing with and managing lawyers, preparing management reports, overseeing year-end audit, review engagements, and managing the accounting and administrative staff. Prior to joining Aoyuan Vancouver in 2017, Harvey has worked with prominent real estate developers in Vancouver such as Polygon Homes, Shape Properties, and Fairborne Homes.
