Vice President and Head of Operations Management
Danny Wong is the Vice President of Aoyuan International Group, responsible for the operation and management of the Hong Kong project office. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Master Degree in Architecture. He is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Architects, Registered Architect of Hong Kong Architects Registration Board, member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Project Management Professional of Project Management Institute USA.
Mr Wong has over 20 years of professional architectural design and project management experience in China and South-East Asia, working in property development from inception to handover. Currently he is also the Head of Design for the International Group, managing projects across Hong Kong, Australia and Canada.
Vice President and Financial Controller
Anthony Cheng is a Vice President and the Financial Controller of the of Aoyuan International. He graduated from Curtin University in Australia with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting. He is a member of CPA Australia.
He has over 20 years of experience in financial and accounting management. He joined the Group in July 2007 and is mainly responsible for financial and funding management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance of International Investment Group. Mr. Cheng also a director of Hong Kong, Australia and Canada subsidiaries of the Group.
Head of Finance
Emma is Head of Finance of Aoyuan International, responsible for fund raising and management, as well as investor relations management. She graduated from the City University of Hong Kong with a PhD degree. She has extensive experience in capital markets and corporate finance. She is also the Deputy Head of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations of the Aoyuan Group.
Head of Investment
William Chan is Head of the Investment Department of Aoyuan International Hong Kong, responsible for operations and investment of the Hong Kong office. He graduated from The University of Reading, The University of Hong Kong and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University with Master Degree in Business Administration, Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Project Management and Bachelor Degree in Land Management. He is also a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and Associação da Avaliação da Propriedade de Macau. William has over 20 years of real estate experience in development, acquisition, land administration and valuation. He is particular familiar with Hong Kong and Macao market.
