Assistant to Chairman
Sally Guo is the Assistant to the Chairman of Aoyuan International. Sally oversees and manages the team’s operations and projects. She holds a Master Degree in Public Relations from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Hong Kong.
Prior to joining Aoyuan International, Sally worked in the financial services and banking industry, responsible for marketing trade finance and commercial banking products, and led high value commercial banking accounts. She also has considerable experiences in the property industry, where she has successfully led multiple residential acquisitions, property transactions and project development.
Deputy General Manager
Darren Beasley is a construction and property professional with over 30 years of experience in Australia and Asia. Prior to joining Aoyuan International, Darren was with the Leighton Group, Lend Lease and Barclay Mowlem for almost 20 years. At Aoyuan International, Darren is responsible for all the design and construction elements of the Australian projects and is involved with acquisitions and overall management of the Australian office.
Darren has a wealth of experience in all aspects of construction as a result of the various roles he has held as a contract, a client and representative of a client. He has maintained a successful record in handling various critical and challenging projects from initiation and steering them towards successful completion within set deadlines and specifications.
Projects Darren has been involved in include One30 Hyde Park, Perth Childrens Hospital, Ocean Park Hong Kong Redevelopment Project, Bullecourt Project in Ultimo, Sanctuary in Rumbulara, Maison 188 Maroubra, Mirabell Turramurra and Altessa 888 Gordon.
Senior Sales and Marketing Manager
Curtis Field is the Senior Sales and Marketing Manager at Aoyuan International Australia. Curtis is a residential development specialist having worked across all facets of the industry including project marketing, site sales, acquisitions and valuation.
Prior to joining Aoyuan International Curtis spent almost ten years at Colliers International as National Director of Residential Projects. In that position, Curtis oversaw almost $2.5 billion worth of projects. Before joining Colliers International, Curtis was the Sales & Acquisition Executive NSW for Sunland Group and was the NSW General Manager of PRDnationwide Corporate where he effectively re-engineered the business and built a pipeline of over $450 Million in project sales.
Projects Curtis has managed include 88 Alfred Street in Milsons Point, Bay Pavilions in Lane Cove, Cimson Hill in Lindfield, Southbank in Wolli Creek, Park Rise in Waitara, Belvedere in North Sydney, Maison 188 Maroubra, Mirabell in Turramurra, Altessa 888 Gordon, Adela in Burwood and Coomeroo Estate in Bargo.
